Length: 17 km. One of the first asphalt cycling routes in Lithuania takes you from Kurtuvėnai to Bubiai. From Kurtuvėnai Manor, through Kurtuvėnai square, then take P. Višinskio street and turn to Užtvankos street. Continue on the road for 2.1 km, then turn to the cycling route, which leads through the forests and hills of Rauda Landscape Reserve. As the cycling route ends, you will have to ride common roads towards Šiauliai for 1.5 km, visiting the attractions of Bubiai. After crossing the Dubysa bridge, at Bubiai TV tower turn to the cycling route, which runs along the highway A-12 Riga – Kaliningrad. In the midway, the cyclists have to deal with a steep hill of Aukštelkė, from which one can admire the panorama of Šiauliai. Places to visit: Kurtuvėnai Regional Park Visitor Centre, Kurtuvėnai Manor, stone “Giant Anciulis”, Damba pond, Dirvonai pines with chapels, Rauda stream, the monument to Lithuanian post-war partisans, the graves of WWI and WWII soldiers, the location of Bubiai festival, Perkasas pine, the remains of Venta-Dubysa Canal, five poplars of Bubiai, Bubiai Manor No. 2, Visgirdai oak, Lieporiai lindens.
