Bubiai Manor Brewery invites you to spend a pleasant time surrounded by the historic walls of the manor, taste locally brewed beer, and enjoy exceptional dishes. During the tastings, visitors are introduced to the beer production process and embark on a cognitive journey through the history of the manor, accompanied by delicious snacks and craft drinks.
The history of Bubiai Manor dates back to 1795, when these lands were donated to Plato Zubov. Later, the manor belonged to the famous Zubov family, whose activities in Lithuania continued for two centuries and left a clear historical mark on the region.
Today, the manor is being brought back to life – the buildings are being restored while maintaining their authentic 19th century stonework. The former manor buildings house a hotel, restaurant, wine cellar and mini SPA, while the brewery space is becoming a new attraction, cherishing history and brewing traditions.
