Folk artist Raimondas Baškys established the „Museum of Wooden Artefacts“ in his homestead in Kuršėnai. There are ethnographic, fairy tale and real life figures carved from wood by the author over the decades of his creative work. Establishment of such museums witnesses vitality of folk art and a new type of cultural expression. Advance booking is required.
