Discover a lively, authentic farm experience where sheep, milk, and real taste come together! The "Chats about Cheese" education is a cognitive and sensory journey that allows you to get up close and personal with a sheep farm and the world of cheese.
During the program, participants:
- visit a flock of sheep and learn about their care and daily routine
- monitors and tests the milking process
- tastes various traditional cheeses and learns to recognize the differences in their flavors
- participates in a conversation about the origin, naturalness and taste sensations of food.
This is an education where the most important thing is a direct connection with the farm, animals and natural food, without demonstrating complex technological processes. Participants are also introduced to the principles of cheese pairing: how different cheeses reveal themselves with honey, fruit, bread or drinks, and how the harmony of flavors is formed. "Chats about cheese" is a lively, cozy and engaging meeting with the farm, intended for everyone who wants to experience a real taste story.
Recommended group size: 10–12 people.
Duration: 2-3 hours. Education is only carried out during the sheep milking season, in the summer months.
