The company started its business by baking rustic rye bread and cakes. Today, it bakes not only bread, but also various buns and cookies, as well as other traditional delicacies. All products are made according to ancient recipes, in a wood-fired oven.
The production follows old traditions – natural sourdough is used, the bread is fermented in wooden bread tubs, and each loaf is shaped by hand and baked in the oven with a lid. This gives the baked goods a special taste and aroma.
The company is recognized as a preserver of national and culinary heritage.
